What the site provides

Free mock category B theory exams with original questions, lessons by topic, guides to the procedure and the exam outcome rates published by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, reworked by province and by region.

Permitted use

Pages may be read and printed for personal use, and linked to, provided they are not presented as official.

Figures may be quoted as set out on the cite us page: data producer, document, year, scope and, for the province level processing, this site's name with a link.

What is not permitted

Republishing the questions, explanations, lessons or guides elsewhere without written agreement, outside the uses the law allows, such as quotation (art. 70, Law 633/1941).

Extracting content automatically to build a competing database.

Presenting the site or its questions as official, ministerial or approved by the Motorizzazione Civile.

Ownership of content

Text, questions, explanations and graphics are written or made for the site and, in their original expression, are protected by Italian copyright law (Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941).

Facts and figures as such, legal texts and road sign figures, which reproduce official acts excluded from copyright (art. 5), remain free. The underlying exam data is the ministry's and is reused under the licence given in the legal notice.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The limits of the published information are set out in the legal notice.

Nothing in these terms restricts the rights the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) gives a consumer, or excludes liability that Italian law does not allow to be excluded.

Advertising and commercial relationships

As of 16 September 2026 the site carries no advertising, uses no affiliate links and receives no payment from driving schools. If that changes, paid content will be labelled as such and this page will be updated.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the version published here, with the date at the foot of the page, is the one in force.

Italian law applies. Where a dispute falls under art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile in Italy has jurisdiction; otherwise the ordinary rules of the Code of Civil Procedure apply.
